(视频就免了，看看图片YY一下吧) 哈哈，经本人亲自鉴定，该试验获得本年度最佳自我恶搞奖。 首先，准备实验材料：一瓶Methylene Blue即亚甲基蓝粉末(在ebay上也可以买，不过用前最好先看下它的安全说明书，有些人士可能对该化学物质过敏，孕妇就谢绝尝试了)。哦，或许你还需要一块面包片:P 用手指在面包上压出一个小坑，在坑里倒入少量的亚甲基蓝粉末，如下图： 接着把它捏起来，像不像包饺子哈。 闭起眼睛把这个“饺子”吞下去，再等上2个小时，去尿尿就可以看到惊人效果了。在此期间，建议多喝水，以避免胃部不适。 这里用的面包起到胶囊的作用，因为不包起来的话，亚甲基蓝吃起来太苦了(视李时珍为偶像或者想锻炼自己忍耐力的朋友建议直接口服)，而且它还可以减缓对胃的刺激。 少量亚甲基蓝本身是无毒的，不过要是你吃上瘾的话还是会生病的。 但如果你没进行这个实验，恰恰刚好又出现这种蓝尿症状，那你肯定是生病了。 最后，祝你好运！
