当2个数据库出错的话，回2个档？
当再一个数据库出错的话，那不更差不清楚了？！

而你提出的问题的本质，因该是数据库的逻辑判断如何更简单，更高效。

算了，不懂，也没见过实际情况。不罗嗦了。

哦，人性化管理，终于看明白了。
不过，人是最难管理的。而以技术人为主的企业，管理更困难。（所以我最不爱管理）
老黄么，玩得是己所不欲，勿施于人。
但是，我觉得，不管你如何对待一个人，（粗暴，严格，轻松，活泼等）
主要还是抓住他的欲望！（老黄不要想歪）
其中最重要的就是心理欲望——认同感，满足感。
当你能满足这个人的心理欲望的话，他就会真正的爱上你。（太暧昧了）
纵观历史，所有的技术人都是十分高傲的，并不十分在乎物质的欲望。
他们需要的是内心的满足。
因此，实现的时候，就是几种手段了
环境同化他们
物质诱惑他们
精神满足他们
不过，目前，能给精神满足的公司真的是太少了。
套句俗话：得到他的心，就得到他的人。

绕回来，你们钱分完了么？还有没给我留点吧，没钱期权也可以那！

Thanks Louis; this is great information.

We are using English Windows here in the US. Simplified Chinese texts, created in Microsoft Word from staff in China, are UTF-8 encoded. The page titles are mixed with English and Chinese characters and it turned out that a few pages have problem displaying in IE7; it simply shows as a blank page even though as you mentioned, I could view the complete page source code.

I changed the order of and tags so that the “charset=UTF-8″ is defined first for IE7 and every page displays fine.

我觉得用这种区域分割的传统方式的所谓的无缝地图并无法解决动态负载均衡的根本性问题。

比如说服务器中有百分之九十以上的玩家都聚集在某NPC周围活动，整个游戏世界的负载就非常的不均衡。很可能造成主要的服务器崩溃但是其他服务器没有一个人的局面。

所以比较好的办法不是在技术层面来解决这个负载的问题，而是在游戏虚拟世界的构建上来进行优化和解决。《征途》在这方面就做得很好，很取巧。

请问为什么有时候会有时间戳问题（也就是以上的这个找不到dll问题），有时候就不存在呢！真的很奇怪啊，vs配置一直没变，有时候就出现上述的错误了，然后改了下可以了，但是大多数时间都是没有问题的啊！
